Senior Specialist - Finance Accounting & Reporting
The position of Senior Specialist - Finance, Accounting & Reporting at ING Bank in Poland requires 3–5 years of experience in finance and involves responsibility for analytical and business processes related to costs, risk, and efficiency. The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of finance, IFRS, and MS Office, and be able to communicate effectively and work under pressure.
Tasks
- Implementation of analytical and business processes in the areas of costs, risk, and effectiveness (interest rates)
- Working on highly complex projects and developing new models for effectiveness
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position in finance, accounting, or reporting
- Knowledge of IFRS and experience in planning and risk management
- Fluent English and a good command of German (BSL)
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with other office applications
- Analytical skills, enthusiasm, and constructive problem-solving
- Ability to work under time pressure in a high-stress environment
