Senior Specialist - Finance Accounting & Reporting
The position of Senior Specialist - Finance Accounting & Reporting at ING Bank in Warsaw, Poland, involves responsibility for ongoing financial processes and reporting, including calculating effective interest rates and preparing quarterly reports. Tasks
The tasks include:- Responsibility for ongoing financial processes and reporting within the organization
- Calculation of effective interest rates in accordance with IFRS 9
- Preparation of quarterly reports on business activities and credit risk
- Participation in analyses and explanation of changes in financial results
- Monitoring and participation in operational credit risk management
- Monthly implementation of non-financial reporting processes
- Recommendation of cost-effective decisions
Requirements
The requirements are:- Knowledge of MSR/MSFI (or experience in using them)
- Confident use of database tools (SQL) and MS Office
- Analytical thinking and ability to find future-oriented solutions
- Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in finance, accounting, or reporting
- Degree in finance and accounting or a related subject
- Good knowledge of banking products and their impact on reporting
