Senior Specialist - Financial Crime Compliance

Tasks

• Conducting advanced analysis of transactions and customer behavior with regard to ML/TF risk for the following customer segments: Mass Retail | Services Banking,
• oversight of the implementation of post-audit recommendations,
• active participation in projects aimed at improving processes and implementing new solutions.

Requirements

• You have a college degree (preferably in economics)
• You have experience analyzing transactions at a large financial institution (at least 3 years of industry experience)
• you are familiar with the applicable regulations and guidelines in the area of sanctions and AML/CFT
• you have the ability to critically assess processes and the work being done,
• You have the ability to prepare analyses and draw conclusions
• You have the ability to identify and assess risks and propose solutions
