(Senior) Specialist Paying Agent Services

Tasks

You are responsible for the first line of defense in customer onboarding in the area of paying agent services and:

• verify the identity of the contracting parties (KYC, PEP/SAN, media screening) and drive forward the establishment of the business relationship and/or changes
• Perform formal and material checks (VSB, FATCA/CRS, QII) when establishing a relationship and in accordance with periodic reporting requirements.
• work closely with the specialist departments of the second line of defense
• Interact with and support the departments in Operations during upcoming lifecycle events.
• work on the further development of existing and new processes as well as on projects

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a comparable position in the financial sector
• Extensive experience in the administrative support of legal entities and very good knowledge of regulatory and corporate law requirements
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1)
