Senior Specialist Inbound Corporate Clients

Tasks

• Handling administration in the corporate client area: Processing Basel II orders, i.e., creating and managing accounts for legal entities, self-employed persons, and representatives of corporate clients
• Identification of customer potential and arrangement of consultation appointments
• Identification and forwarding of complex inquiries to the appropriate specialist departments
• Supporting employees with technical questions and collaborating on projects

What you bring with you

• At least 5 years of experience in telephone customer contact and/or written handling of customer concerns
• Completed basic or advanced training as a bank clerk EFZ
• German (business fluent) (on-site presence)
• French (an advantage)
• Italian (an advantage)
• Fluent in a second national language is essential
• Experience in operating common computer systems
• Corporate customer experience
