Senior Specialist Inbound Corporate Clients
Migros Bank is looking for a Senior Inbound Corporate Client Specialist who will offer corporate clients personalized solutions and act as a partner bank. The main tasks include handling administrative tasks in the area of corporate client banking and identifying client potential.
Tasks
- Handling administration in the area of corporate banking, i.e., creating and managing accounts for legal entities, self-employed persons, and representatives of corporate clients
- Identification of customer potential and arrangement of consultation appointments
- Identification and forwarding of complex inquiries to the appropriate specialist departments
- Supporting employees with technical questions and collaborating on projects
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in telephone customer contact and/or written handling of customer concerns
- Completed basic or advanced training as a bank clerk EFZ
- German (business fluent)
- French (an advantage)
- Italian (an advantage)
- Fluent in a second national language is essential
Facilitating skills
- Enjoyment of customer contact by phone and in writing (customer center/service line)
- High level of service and customer focus, coupled with the complete handling of applications
- Precise, specific working methods and proactive, thoughtful actions
- Confidential handling of digital communication media
