Senior Specialist Inbound Corporate Clients

Tasks

• Handling administration in the area of corporate banking, i.e., creating and managing accounts for legal entities, self-employed persons, and representatives of corporate clients
• Identification of customer potential and arrangement of consultation appointments
• Identification and forwarding of complex inquiries to the appropriate specialist departments
• Supporting employees with technical questions and collaborating on projects

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in telephone customer contact and/or written handling of customer concerns
• Completed basic or advanced training as a bank clerk EFZ
• German (business fluent)
• French (an advantage)
• Italian (an advantage)
• Fluent in a second national language is essential

Facilitating skills

• Enjoyment of customer contact by phone and in writing (customer center/service line)
• High level of service and customer focus, coupled with the complete handling of applications
• Precise, specific working methods and proactive, thoughtful actions
