The ideal candidate holds a degree in banking, has several years of experience in a service center, and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.

We are looking for a Senior Specialist (m/f) for our Service Center in the corporate client division.

Your sphere of influence

You will manage the bank's modules and topics (communication solutions, signature policies, cards, etc.) in the corporate banking division. Your responsibilities include:
  • Review of responsibility for regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., VSB spot checks)
  • The substantive assessment of business transactions and ensuring accountability
  • Assistance in addressing complex banking issues and customer concerns
  • Responsibility for conceptual process optimization

Requirements

For this position, we require:
  • A degree in banking or equivalent training
  • Several years of experience in a bank's service center, preferably in the corporate banking division
  • Quick to grasp new concepts and a clear way of thinking
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Service- and solution-oriented individual
