The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the private banking and wealth management industry, as well as experience leading transformation projects.

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Transformation Manager with 10+ years of experience in the private banking and wealth management industry. The candidate will join the Transformation Office as a senior member and drive strategic, operational, and digital transformation initiatives.

Tasks

The main tasks include:
  • Entrepreneurship & Strategy Transformation: Driving end-to-end transformation initiatives that align with the long-term strategy.
  • Operating Model & Process Excellence: Design and implement target operating models tailored to a relationship-oriented private banking environment.
  • Digital & Data Transformation: Lead digital initiatives, including CRM and client lifecycle management.
  • Regulatory, Risk, and Control Change: Manage transformation initiatives related to regulatory changes.
  • Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as an internal change leader and provide support to senior stakeholders and department heads.
  • Program & Delivery Management: Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives.

Requirements

The requirements include:
  • Pure private banking expertise combined with a hands-on understanding of relationship-based private banking business models.
  • A strong awareness of confidentiality, risk culture, and reputation.
  • Transformation & Execution: Enterprise and functional transformation, change management, business case development, and benefits tracking.
  • Digital & Analytical Skills: Ability to translate strategic goals into business value, client platforms, non-financial investment applications, and core private banking systems.
  • Leadership & People Skills: Executive communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver results.
