Senior Strategic Transformation Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Transformation Manager to join the Transformation Office as a senior member and drive strategic, operational, and digital transformation initiatives.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Enterprise & Strategy Transformation: Driving end-to-end transformation initiatives in alignment with EFG’s long-term strategy
• Operating Model & Process Excellence: Developing and Implementing Target Operating Models and Process Optimization in a Relationship-Driven Private Banking Environment
• Digital & Data Transformation: Driving Digital Initiatives Such as CRM, Client Lifecycle Management, and Process Automation
• Regulatory, Risk, and Control Change: Managing transformation initiatives related to FINMA regulations, AML, KYC, sustainability, and cross-border sales
• Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Internal Change Leader and Support for Senior Executives and Department Heads
• Program & Delivery Management: End-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, governance, planning, and value realization

Requirements

The requirements include:

• Pure private banking expertise combined with a hands-on understanding of relationship-based private banking business models and investment products
• Transformation & Execution: Enterprise and functional transformation, change management, business case development, and benefit tracking
• Digital & Analytical Skills: Ability to deliver business value through technology, client platforms, front-office investment applications, and private banking core systems
• Leadership & People Skills: Executive communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, structured problem-solving abilities, and analytical rigor
