Tasks

- Management of the product portfolio (new trading ideas + AMC) - Marketing of new product offerings to the sales team and Asian clients - Pricing of cross-asset products: - Development of new products by identifying relative value, market trends, and new business opportunities - Arranging customized structured products with external counterparties - Reporting to the Head of Financial Engineering, Asia

Requirements

- Master’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (pure mathematics, financial mathematics, economics) - At least 7 years of professional experience in structuring complex transactions / developing new product platforms - Extensive experience in the regulatory environment in Asia - Client - Risk: I strive to satisfy clients while taking into account the risks to the company - Expertise - Strong knowledge of structured products, pricing, and structuring - Team spirit - Synergies: I prioritize collaboration with colleagues inside and outside my team - Innovation - Thinking outside the box/creativity: I propose new ideas and solutions - Responsibility - Accountability: I make decisions within my area of responsibility - Commitment - Inspiration: I support the vision and strategy - You are solution-oriented, highly detail-oriented, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization - Languages: English (fluent), Mandarin or Cantonese (fluent), French would be a plus
