The successful candidate will play a key role in the Global IT Architecture department and will be responsible for the architecture and governance of software solutions.

Tasks

  • Ensure that the architecture is aligned throughout the entire software lifecycle, from design through testing, release, and the operational phase
  • Identify, document, and manage architectural liabilities that arise from discrepancies between interim implementations and long-term goals
  • Initiate and formalize key decisions using Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to secure approval from the relevant architecture committees
  • Advise and support software engineers and tech leads in technical implementation to ensure feasibility, scalability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with product owners to refine business initiatives and translate requirements into manageable capabilities and building blocks

  • Enforcing architecture governance in development teams and adhering to quality standards during delivery

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of modern architectural styles: microservices, event-driven systems, modular monoliths
  • Familiarity with integration patterns, Kafka, Data Stream, Kubernetes, and hybrid cloud/on-premises environments
