Your tasks

• Partner and Service Management: Together with our external operating partner, you ensure the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of our IT services.
• Incident and Problem Management: You will oversee the handling of 2nd- and 3rd-level support and coordinate more complex technical incidents in close collaboration with external and internal partner companies.
• Infrastructure and Process Optimization: You will analyze existing IT solutions and drive further development, standardization, and streamlining in the areas of infrastructure, the workplace, and services.
• IT Support and Change Control: They ensure compliance with our security standards and regulatory requirements when new services are introduced.
• Benchmarking IT Systems and Creating Data Management Documentation / Unified
• Optimization of automated tools, custom scripts, and configurations in Bonus Workload Client Management, particularly Microsoft 365, Intune, and Office 365

Your responsibilities are based on

• Proactive expertise in the areas of network implementation, IT security, and system development
• Routine use of automation tools, such as PowerShell
• Project and Performance Management: Responsible for implementing projects and liaising with external project partners
• Indirect Skills and Competencies: Strong commitment to service, high stakeholder focus, and excellent communication skills
• Languages: Very good German, and written and spoken English
