Senior System Engineer / Service Integration

Liberty Vorsorge AG is seeking a Senior System Engineer / Service Integration in Schwyz to manage and optimize the IT infrastructure and ensure IT security and compliance. The role involves coordinating incident management, infrastructure automation, and technology evaluation in close collaboration with internal and external partners.

Your tasks

  • Partner and Service Management: Together with our external operations partner, you ensure stable, secure, and high-performance operations.
  • Incident and Problem Management: We take responsibility for 2nd- and 3rd-level support and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues in collaboration with the customer and other maintenance departments.
  • Infrastructure and Process Automation: You analyze existing IT solutions and drive change. We plan for further development, standardization, and modernization.
  • IT Security and Compliance: You ensure compliance with our security standards and regulatory requirements during the development of new systems.
  • Technology Evaluation and Projects: You evaluate new technologies, review existing technologies, software, and communication systems. You develop and test solutions and actively participate in projects.
  • Enablement and Support: You will create clear and concise documentation and training materials related to hardware, software, and communication platforms.

Qualifications

  • A degree or graduation from a university or university of applied sciences. Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree. At least five years of experience at the HF, FH, university, or ETH level, as well as at least five years of experience in this key role as an IT operations partner, managing operations internally and actively resolving complex technical issues as an external Workplace Service provider.
  • Project and Partner Experience: Demonstrable experience collaborating with our clients on IT projects.
  • Solid technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of Windows client management, such as Azure AD, including Intune and Microsoft Workplace.
  • Project Management: Experience managing IT projects and providing day-to-day IT support to our client or vendor in this area of the business, as well as in communication.
  • Mindset and Skills: A strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong leadership abilities.
  • Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English.
