Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for the entire recruitment process for various roles, to deliver a state-of-the-art candidate experience and ensure that the bank has a diverse and high-performing workforce that aligns with the company's goals and values.

Tasks

• Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment
• Improving our employer brand by promoting the bank as an employer of choice, e.g., by participating in various recruitment events
• Offer and negotiation discussions; drafting of employment contracts
• Using recruitment metrics and data to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide data-driven insights to prospective candidates
• Ensuring that all recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Verifiable experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role in the recruitment field
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods
• Extensive knowledge of technology, sourcing, recruitment management, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data visualization, etc.)
• A positive attitude and strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage high volumes during peak periods
