Responsible for the entire recruitment process for various roles, provides a state-of-the-art candidate experience, and ensures that the bank has a diverse and high-performing workforce that aligns with the company's goals and values.Tasks
- Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment
- Improving our employer brand by promoting the bank as an employer of choice, for example, by participating in various recruitment events
- Offer and negotiation discussions; drafting of employment contracts
- Using recruitment metrics and data to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
- Reporting on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and providing data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Ensuring that all recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods
- Extensive knowledge of technology, recruitment systems, and (passive) sourcing strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data visualization, etc.)
- A positive attitude and strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and handle high volumes during peak periods
