Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (full-time position) to join its Human Resources department and lead the recruitment process for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and possesses strong communication skills in German and English.

Tasks

The position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist involves the following responsibilities:
  • End-to-end recruitment for various positions within the organization
  • Collaboration with business units and HR partners at all levels of the organization
  • Alignment with current and future staffing needs

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or multi-agency setting
  • Proven success in recruiting high-caliber candidates for high-volume positions across various roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems such as Workday or similar HR tools
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and committed to providing excellent service
