Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (full-time position) to join its recruitment team and lead the hiring process for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and strong communication skills in German and English.

Tasks

The position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist involves the following responsibilities:
  • End-to-end recruitment for various positions within the organization
  • Collaborating with business units to meet current and future staffing needs
  • Close collaboration with HR and business partners at all levels of the organization

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or multi-agency setting
  • A proven track record of success in recruiting highly qualified candidates for various roles
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems such as Workday or similar HR tools
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about recruiting talent and committed to providing excellent service
