Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process and is expected to provide an outstanding candidate experience to attract a diverse and high performing workforce to Julius Baer Bank. The position involves working with senior leaders, employer branding and data-driven decision making.

Tasks

  • Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for various profiles
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience and ensure the Bank has a diverse and high-performing workforce aligned with the organization's goals and values
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and offer advice on best recruitment practices
  • Improve our employer image by promoting the Bank as an employer of choice, e.g. by participating in various recruitment events
  • Offer and negotiation talks, initial offers of employment contracts
  • Use recruitment metrics and data to track
  • Report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders
  • Good conceptual skills and experience to customize processes to best serve our clients, act as a sparring partner for the Head of Talent Acquisition Desk
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role in recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques and interview methods
  • Proven track record of delivering recruitment projects, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices and technologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and French
  • Results orientation and ability to prioritize, able to coordinate process steps to meet tight deadlines at all times and under difficult circumstances
