Julius Baer is seeking an experienced Talent Management Specialist (m/f/d) for a temporary 11-month position to lead global talent processes and strengthen the company's leadership team. The main tasks include managing the global talent management process, developing high performers, and succession planning for executives.
Job description
Tasks
- Primary contact for the global talent management process (9-box grid), leading the 2026 cycle from start to finish—including nominations, evaluations, feedback discussions, and follow-up
- Implementation of the Global Talent Curriculum, support for the development of high-potential employees
- Driving succession planning for leadership positions (N-2), ensuring robust leadership pipelines
- JB Advance Ambassador, guiding and supporting the Advance Class of 2026 alongside other ambassadors
