Julius Baer in Zurich is looking for a (Senior) Talent Management Specialist (60%-80%, for 11 months) to support the global talent management process and strengthen the company's management team. The main tasks include managing the global talent management process, developing highly qualified employees, and succession planning for management positions.

Tasks
- Act as the primary contact for the global talent management process (9-DOX Group), leading the 2026 cycle from start to finish—including nominations, evaluations, feedback discussions, and follow-up.
- Deliver the global talent curriculum and support the development of high-potential employees
- Advance succession planning for leadership positions (N-2) and ensure robust leadership structures
- Serve as a JB Advance Ambassador and support and accompany the Advance Class of 2026 alongside other ambassadors.
- Work closely with HR teams and business partners, providing advice and coordination throughout the talent process
- Actively contribute to talent-related projects within the T&M unit
