Senior Technical Workday Expert 80–100% (f/m/d) – maternity leave replacement – through July 31, 2027

Tasks

• Providing support and consulting to business units on HR topics, as well as assisting colleagues with all questions related to our internal HR system.
• Taking ownership of the system stability, configuration, and further development of the Workday tenant.
• Developing and continuously improving our Workday system in line with business and regulatory needs.
• Providing support and consulting to business units on a variety of business issues
• Leading project work on the configuration of Workday HCM

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in configuring Workday HCM
• Proven experience in integrating Workday HCM with Oracle ERP systems
• Ability to quickly understand existing system configurations and take on ongoing responsibilities
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• A flexible and resilient team player who enjoys learning and growing in a constantly changing environment
• Ability to select, interpret, and evaluate relevant information
