Senior Technical Workday Expert 80–100% (f/m/d) – maternity leave replacement – through July 31, 2027

Tasks

• Provide support and actively contribute as an integral part of the business team in the overall administration of the Workday platform
• Take responsibility for the technical stability, configuration, and further development of the Workday platform
• Development and continuous improvement of the Workday system in line with business requirements as well as regulatory and supervisory needs

Requirements

• Relevant degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of various Workday HCM modules, preferably Core HR, Payroll, and Time
• A strong desire to continuously learn and grow
• Proven experience in coordinating HR technology initiatives, including stakeholder communication, planning, and risk and issue management
• 1–2 years of verifiable hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM and Workday Financials
• Ability to quickly understand existing system components and take on ongoing responsibilities
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• A flexible and resilient team player who values the opportunity to grow in a constantly changing environment
