Senior Technical Workday Expert
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Senior Technical Workday Expert (80-100%) for the HR Business Technology department to ensure the technical stability and further development of the Workday system. The successful candidate should have experience in configuring Workday HCM and relevant education in information technology or a similar field.
Tasks
- Taking ownership for the technical stability, configuration, and further development of the Workday tenant
- Development and continuous improvement of our Workday system in line with business and regulatory requirements
Your profiles
- Relevant educational background in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or similar
- Extensive knowledge of various Workday HCM modules, preferably Core HCM, Talent Management, and/or Security
- Experience coordinating HR technology initiatives, including stakeholder management, planning, risk and issue management
- Several years of experience in configuring Workday HCM
- Workday Pro certification would be an advantage
- Ability to quickly understand existing systems and take on ongoing responsibilities
