Senior Technical Workday Expert
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Senior Technical Workday Specialist (80–100%) to maintain and further develop its Workday system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the technical stability and configuration of the system and adapting it to meet business and regulatory requirements.
Tasks
- Taking responsibility for the technical stability, configuration, and further development of the Workday tenant - Developing and continuously improving our Workday system in line with business and regulatory requirementsYour requirements
- Relevant educational background in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or similar
- Extensive knowledge of various Workday HCM modules, preferably Core HCM, Talent Management, and/or Security
- Proven experience in coordinating HR technology initiatives, including stakeholder management, planning, and risk and issue management
- Several years of proven experience in configuring Workday HCM
- Any Workday Pro certification would be an advantage.
- Ability to quickly understand existing system settings and take on ongoing responsibilities
