Senior Technical Workday Expert

Tasks

• Support and advice from subject matter experts on all issues related to the functional area of the SME role
• Assuming responsibility for the technical stability, configuration, and further development of the Workday tenant
• Further development of our Workday system in line with business and regulatory requirements

Your profiles

• Relevant educational background in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or similar
• Extensive knowledge of various Workday HCM modules, preferably Core HCM, Talent Management, and/or Security
• Proven experience coordinating HR technology initiatives, including stakeholder management, planning, risk and issue management
• Several years of proven experience in configuring Workday HCM
• Workday Pro certification would be an advantage
• Ability to quickly understand existing systems and take on ongoing responsibilities
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
