Senior Technical Workday Expert
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Senior Technical Workday Specialist (80–100%) to serve as a maternity leave replacement for 7 months, supporting and enhancing the technical stability and further development of the Workday system. The ideal candidate has experience configuring Workday HCM and a relevant degree in information technology or a related field.
Tasks
- Support and advice from subject matter experts on all issues related to the functional area of the SME role
- Assuming responsibility for the technical stability, configuration, and further development of the Workday tenant
- Further development of our Workday system in line with business and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Relevant educational background in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of various Workday HCM modules, preferably Core HCM, Talent Management, and/or Security
- Proven experience in coordinating HR technology initiatives, including stakeholder management, planning, and risk and issue management
- Several years of proven experience in configuring Workday HCM
- Workday Pro certification would be an advantage
- Ability to quickly understand existing systems and take on ongoing responsibilities
