Senior Technical Workday Expert
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Senior Technical Workday Expert (80-100%) for the maintenance and further development of its Workday systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the technical stability and configuration of the Workday system and adapting it to business and regulatory requirements.
Tasks
- Taking ownership for the technical stability, configuration, and further development of the Workday tenant
- Development and continuous improvement of our Workday system in line with business and regulatory requirements
Your requirements
- Relevant educational background in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or similar
- Extensive knowledge of various Workday HCM modules, preferably Core HCM, Talent Management, and/or Security
- Proven experience in coordinating HR technology initiatives, including stakeholder management, planning, and risk and issue management
- Several years of proven experience in configuring Workday HCM
- Any Workday Pro certification would be an advantage.
- Ability to quickly understand existing systems and take on ongoing responsibilities
