The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, with effective stakeholder management and high quality, across multiple technology areas.

* Ensuring alignment with engineering teams and business partners * Managing schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives * Serving as a liaison between engineering teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders * Preparing documentation, project plans, and status reports * Ensuring that projects comply with internal security, compliance, and regulatory standards

Your qualifications

* Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite, collaboration platforms (Cisco Webex and Call Manager, voice recording, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.), and endpoint management tools * Ability to plan, execute, and complete projects using waterfall (preferred) and/or Agile methodologies * Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels * Experience in driving adoption and managing organizational change for digital workplace solutions * Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues * Ability to efficiently manage project budgets, schedules, and resources * Experience managing third-party risks (outsourcing, responsible AI reviews, etc.) * Ability to manage third-party vendors and service providers for technology delivery * Ability to analyze workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity and the collaboration environment in a regulated industry * Understanding of data protection, compliance requirements, and security best practices in digital environments * Strong ability to create clear status reports and present them to leadership
