Tasks

The duties of the Senior Technical Workplace Project Leader include:

• Ensuring alignment with engineering teams and business partners
• Managing schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
• The role as an interface between engineering teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• The preparation of documentation, project plans, and status reports
• Ensuring that projects comply with internal security, compliance, and regulatory standards

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, collaboration platforms (Cisco Webex and Call Manager, Voice Recording, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.) and endpoint management tools
• Ability to plan, execute, and complete projects using waterfall (preferably) and/or agile methodologies
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in promoting acceptance and managing organizational change for digital workplace solutions
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and problems
• Ability to efficiently manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
• Experience in managing third-party risks (outsourcing, responsible AI reviews, etc.)
• Ability to manage third-party vendors and service providers for technology delivery
• Ability to analyze workflows and implement improvements to increase productivity and the collaborative environment in a regulated industry
• Understanding of data protection, compliance requirements, and security best practices in the digital sphere
• Strong ability to create clear status reports and present them to management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach
