Tasks

• Technical Lead for the Test Automation Modules (Pre-production, Asset Creation, Publishing/Issuing, and Billing) at ADOBE
• Design and development of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tool ecosystems as a cross-functional squad
• Management of test automation, acceptance testing, execution, and the successful project acceptance process
• Ensuring that we and our system stakeholders achieve the highest level of excellence in test and automation management
• Planning, ensuring, and documenting automated tests (integration tests, test requirements, and EPAS) on CI/CD pipelines, including data reprocessing, mocking, test data, and test data provisioning
• Architecture and immediate automation of tests on GATIE/CD-CICD pipelines, including image-sealed workflows, GitHub Actions, and GitLab
• Design and Implementation of ALM and Specific Version Control Systems
• Software architecture and ensuring software security, usability, developer-friendliness, runtime performance, and maintainability based on first and second principles
• Automated (and) idealized full-lifecycle PDPRP-based infrastructure—prototyping, PRL, pipeline development (pre-release: PA on feature branch), release management, patch and UAT/regression pipeline (Dev to Prod), and end-to-end data reprocessing pipeline
• Tracking automation tools throughout their lifecycle (end-to-end: from testing, test requirements, online deployment, and release, with corresponding alerts and runners for the (remote) project (Agile) and TDD (Storyboard), as well as billing—the importance of the billing (testing) process (automated/manual), including confirmation, and not for the build. Fully integrated into and delivery of a pipeline
• Ensuring the reliability and maintenance of third-party tools and services as a function—automated testing—DevOps—test automation tools, and all build and management workflows
• Authorizing and reviewing SDKs and services in Go, ensuring the maintenance of the codebase—a solid understanding of C++ and JavaScript, and a deep understanding of how to maintain tests, as well as a strong and scalable understanding
• Active cross-team reuse by our (product managers, super admins, UX specialists, agilists, data engineers, big data engineers) and Dev O engineers
• Alignment with testers and quality engineers, including requirements, expected setup, and automated tests
• Two-Boundary Maintenance and Scaffolding in accordance with ISO 27005, ISO 27701, the Six Principles, ensuring confidential compliance with access restrictions, and our environmental goal
• Maintenance and Monitoring of Test Results

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in software test automation approaches based on requirements or code; as a tech lead, developer, or test engineer with proven hands-on experience
• Design and successful implementation of at least one automation platform (your pipeline, toolchain) that integrates multiple code repositories from a micro-/modular software architecture into a single end-to-end process
• Analytical and results-oriented, fearless and capable, we enable scalability by planning, building, and orchestrating CI/CD pipelines using various build, test, deployment, and release processes
• Proven expertise in Python-based test automation: pytest/BDD (10+ years 100), Behave or Cucumber, Quick Test (MSTest), mocking, spawn (TDD/B
