Senior Test Manager and Quality Coordinator - Global Products & Solutions (GPS) Platform Transformation 100% (f/m/d)
The Senior Test Manager and Quality Coordinator position requires overseeing the test strategy and quality for the GPS platform transformation as well as coordinating test teams and implementing efficient testing practices. The focus is on ensuring quality, implementing automation and leading testing and quality assurance processes.
Tasks
- Provide quality governance in regards to test strategy and vision, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Maintain the test strategy and support the teams in applying it and adapting it to individual team needs
- Support the teams in the implementation of efficient test management, using a test management tool (Xray) would be beneficial
- Improve and manage the setup of existing and new testing environments, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and meet the needs of the organization and assure guidance for the use of the environments
- Apply Agile framework and QA methodology to ensure efficient and effective testing practices
- Increase overall quality maturity and collect metrics for transparency
- Identify possible quality improvements and support the corrections
- Coordinate and conduct E2E tests over multiple applications
- Work with testing communities and organize and nurse knowledge exchange within the quality community in GPS Platform Transformation
- Support change and release management and provide leadership with information on overall product quality
- Support the implementation of the defined automation strategy and the use of GPS defined standards like, Tosca, Playwright and Selenium to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Test Manager in the financial industry
- Experience working in an Agile framework (including tools such as Jira, Confluence) and with QA methodologies
- Understanding of deployment pipelines and DevOps practices, such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Strong knowledge of test management, test planning and test control, including visualization of quality
- Experience with risk-based testing
- Language skills and intercultural competencies: excellent personality with strong problem-solving perspective
- Basic German knowledge. Fluent in English
- Experience with assessments is an advantage
