Senior Test Manager - Core Banking & Pricing System Integration

Tasks

- Manages functional, regression, and non-functional testing processes - Coordinates the use of test environments - Supports test automation and the capability for automated regression testing - Ensures compliance with quality assurance standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices - Leads and mentors test team members, promoting continuous improvement in test efficiency and coverage

Your profiles

- Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager or Senior Testing Lead in complex IT projects (at least 5 years) and, preferably, in large core banking transformation projects - Excellent knowledge of pricing in the banking sector, including experience testing core banking fee engines (e.g., HOST/T24/Algo) and/or testing satellite systems that feed into the fee engines - Good understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) - Experience with test automation frameworks, particularly Selenium, CI/CD integration, and performance testing tools - Experience in Java development, including the use of Clean Code - Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level, PMP, or Agile Testing are highly desirable - Understanding of DevOps concepts such as CI/CD - Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, social interaction skills, an intercultural mindset, empathy, and a “can-do” attitude
