Senior Test Manager - Core Banking & Pricing System Integration

Tasks

• Collaborate with the development team, business analysts, and project managers to align testing with project objectives
• Management of functional, regression, and non-functional testing processes while ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Coordination of the Use of the Test Environment
• Promoting test automation coverage and capabilities for automated regression testing
• Practical Implementation of Tests During the Unit and Integration Testing Phases
• Leading and mentoring test team members to promote continuous improvement and ensure comprehensive knowledge coverage

Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager or Senior Testing Lead in complex IT projects (at least 5 years), preferably in large core banking transformation projects
• Excellent knowledge of pricing in the banking sector, including experience testing fee engines (e.g., HOST/T24/Alfawo) and/or testing satellite fee integrations in core banking systems
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (agile, waterfall) and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
• Experience with test automation frameworks, particularly Selenium, CI/CD, and API testing
• Java development experience, including the use of Claude Code
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level, PMP, or Agile Testing would be an asset
• Understanding of DevOps concepts such as CI/CD
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, social interaction, and an intercultural "can-do" attitude
• A quick learner with an understanding of the business context
