Senior Test Manager - Core Banking & Pricing System Integration

Tasks

• Collaborate with the development team, business analysts, and project managers to achieve project goals
• Manage functional, regression, and non-functional testing processes while ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Coordination of the Use of the Test Environment
• Promoting test automation coverage and capabilities for automated regression testing
• Practical Implementation of Tests During the Phases of Unit Testing
• Lead and mentor test team members to promote continuous improvement in test efficiency and coverage

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager or Senior Testing Lead in complex IT projects (at least 5 years), preferably in large core banking transformation projects
• Excellent knowledge of pricing in the banking sector, including experience testing core banking and fee engines (e.g., HOST/T24/Avlea) or testing satellite systems that feed into them
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (agile, waterfall) and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
• Experience with test automation frameworks, particularly Selenium, CI/CD integration, and test management tools
• Java development experience, including the use of Claude Code
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level, PMP, or Agile Testing are highly desirable
• Understanding of DevOps concepts such as CI/CD
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, social interaction, an intercultural mindset, empathy, and a “can-do” attitude
• A quick learner with an understanding of the business context
