Senior Test Specialist - Key Applications (f/m/d)

Tasks

- Manages functional, regression, and non-functional testing processes - Coordinates the use of test environments - Supports test automation and the capability to perform automated regression testing - Ensures compliance with quality standards, legal requirements, and best practices - Leads and mentors team members, and promotes continuous improvement in testing efficiency and coverage

Your profiles

- 3+ years of verifiable experience as a senior test engineer/manager or test lead in complex IT transformation projects - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) - Experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and performance testing tools - Solid knowledge of financial systems, e.g., regulatory reporting, risk reporting, and similar areas (preferred) - Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level, PMP, or Agile Testing are highly desirable - Understanding of DevOps concepts such as CI/CD and the importance and value of automated testing - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Willingness to learn new ways of working and support Julius Baer in its transformation - You take pride in your work and strive to set a good example
