Job description: Senior Trader - Delta One Structurer

Your main tasks

• Development and structuring of linear investment products, including static, active and dynamic certificates.
• Management of a multi-asset book of linear products, monitoring associated market, operational and life cycle risks.
• Monitoring of the entire life cycle of structured products issued: Documentation, realignment, corporate actions (OST), redemption, secondary market activity and daily operational monitoring.
• Active involvement in product innovation and development of thematic investment ideas tailored to the needs of clients.
• Providing technical support and strategic advice to sales teams and customers, while driving process improvements to increase service quality and operational efficiency.

Your profile

• Degree in mathematics, physics, finance, economics or engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in trading and structuring multi-asset linear structured products, with a strong understanding of regulatory, tax and operational aspects.
• Proven ability to work on the front line and work closely with sales teams to develop and present investment products.
• Strong programming and analytical skills (e.g. Python, Excel/VBA) and the ability to translate technical requirements to IT developers.
• Experience with the Front Arena Prime trading system is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with AMC platforms, QIS strategy structuring and interest rate hedging is highly valued.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a commercial mindset and a deep understanding of client profiles (independent managers, asset managers, non-issuer banks, etc.).
• Fluent in French, with a very good command of English.
