Tasks

The position of Senior Trader involves the following responsibilities:

• Efficient and cost-effective execution of orders across multiple asset classes
• Collaboration with portfolio managers, quantitative analysts, and technologists to ensure best execution
• Contributing specialized knowledge and trading insights to the team's investment process

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• At least 5 years of experience in front-office trading, preferably in a buy-side hedge fund or asset management environment
• Experience in trading corporate cash credit, investment-grade, high-yield, or emerging market bonds, with a focus on best execution
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Extensive experience in raising capital and managing broker and counterparty relationships at the senior level
• Extensive experience in monitoring trades on proprietary DMA/EMS platforms
• Expert knowledge of the relevant technology, market structure, market mechanisms (LEI), and market data infrastructure
• Knowledge of Python is preferred
