Senior Trader

Tasks

The position of Senior Trader involves the following responsibilities:

• Efficient and cost-effective execution of orders across multiple asset classes
• Collaborating with portfolio managers, quantitative analysts, and technologists to ensure best execution and contribute strategic insights
• Monitoring and improving processes to ensure the best possible execution for clients
• Generating actionable ideas that lead to profitable results
• Supporting trading and investment processes through the application of quantitative methods and trading experience

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• At least 5 years of experience in front-office trading, preferably at a buy-side hedge fund or asset management firm
• Experience in corporate credit trading (credit, liquid investment grade, high yield, and/or emerging markets) with a focus on best execution and high trading volume
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Extensive experience in raising capital and managing broker and counterparty relationships at the highest level
• Extensive knowledge of MiFIR, EMIR/DMi platforms, and market infrastructures
