Senior Transaction Manager: Real Estate

Tasks

  • Identifying investment opportunities throughout Switzerland
  • Due diligence review (including DCF valuation) and conducting contract negotiations through to the conclusion of purchase agreements
  • Executing diverse transactions through asset deals, portfolios, or contributions in kind
  • Evaluation of transactions with development potential (developments in existing properties, site developments)
  • Close cooperation with internal and external specialists, including inspection and preparation of ZKB-specific investment proposals
  • Independent presentation of the evaluated transactions to the decision-making bodies

Requirements

  • University degree or higher professional qualification in economics
  • Additional training in real estate (MAS / SVIT) is an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of various valuation methods (in particular discounted cash flow)
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position, ideally in real estate transactions
  • Profound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market and an extensive network in the real estate sector
  • Good English and French skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
