Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Transformation Manager to join our Digital Business Transformation team. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the design and implementation of a scalable, future-proof front-to-back operating model that aligns business requirements with strategic priorities and efficiency goals.Tasks
- Analyze complex problems, identify innovative solutions and develop strategic recommendations that drive operating model simplification and efficiency gains
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and execution with a hands-on approach
- Develop decision documents for senior management, including identification of top-down efficiency potential and corresponding levers for realization and presentation of options for implementation
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Driving the transformation agenda by proactively engaging stakeholders across the organization, promoting cultural change and change management
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in economics, finance, business administration or a related field
- At least 5-10 years of experience in strategy development and execution, with a proven track record of driving business transformation at the highest levels
- Experience in leading international teams and managing large-scale projects, proven track record of delivering significant organizational impact, e.g. measurable simplification of operating model and/or multi-digit cost savings
- Comprehensive understanding and experience in strategy development, from conception to execution, with a focus on Target Operating Model (TOM) reengineering, process improvement and utilization of technology
- Proven ability to drive TOM improvements and realize efficiencies through leadership of cross-functional teams and collaboration with stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
