Senior Transformation Manager (Lean Management)
Zuger Kantonalbank AG is looking for a Senior Transformation Manager (Lean Management) to conduct a bank-wide vulnerability analysis and design and implement an automation strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in lean management, process digitization and automation as well as methodological expertise in value stream mapping, 5S and Kanban.
Job description: Senior Transformation Manager (Lean Management)
Your tasks
- Carrying out a bank-wide vulnerability analysis with the aim of creating a prioritized "heat map" of the greatest potential for improvement
- Identification of inefficiencies and waste in administrative and operational processes
- Conception and implementation of an "end-to-end" automation strategy for central customer processes including AI, RPA and BPM technologies
- Supporting cross-divisional projects for process optimization and digital transformation
- Implementation of work, store, training and coaching to promote the lean culture in the company
- Clear decision templates with internal stakeholders (business, IT, risk, compliance) to anchor efficiency and quality issues in the long term
Our requirements
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, finance or comparable professional training
- At least 5 years of experience in lean management, preferably in the finance or banking industry
- Experience in process digitization and automation
- Methodological competence (e.g. value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban) and experience with Six Sigma an advantage
- Knowledge of tools such as: Process mining, workflow platforms, AI services, cloud services
- Strong analytical skills and confident use of MS Office
- Strong communication skills and experience in change management, as well as stakeholder alignment at top level
