Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) for our Digital Platforms department, which develops online and mobile banking, including external connections, using agile methods.

Tasks

You will design digital banking solutions with clear user guidance and a high degree of technical precision. Your tasks will include the conceptual and design-related further development of our digital products.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• Several years of experience as a UI/UX designer in the digital product environment
• Very good understanding of usability, accessibility, and information architecture
• Experience with design tools such as Figma (user flows, prototyping, component logic)
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, intuitive user guidance
• Structured approach to work and confident manner with customers
• Experience in a regulated environment (banking, FinTech, insurance) is an advantage
