Senior Wealth Planner

Job Description
The Senior Wealth Planner is responsible for identifying and developing wealth planning strategies using insurance solutions, financial and credit solutions, trusts, foundations, family offices, corporations, and other complex structures to meet the wealth planning needs and goals of clients in the MENA region and NRI clients.Main tasks
- Collaborate with CROs, clients, and prospects to identify their wealth planning needs, goals, and opportunities in the MENA region
- Build and maintain a strong network of external advisors, such as insurance brokers, trustees, companies, and other similar partners in the MENA region and NRI
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to support the processing and completion of wealth management cases in the MENA region
- Collaboration with EFG trustees to facilitate the establishment of EFG trusts, funds, and other trust structures for clients in the MENA region and NRI
- Conducting training sessions and discussions with CROs on relevant technical product and market information in the area of wealth planning
- Contributions to content for publications, white papers, and newsletters from the Global Wealth Planning Department
- Collaborate with the Head of Wealth Planning for Continental Europe and the Middle East to achieve, monitor, and regularly report on financial performance and business development
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in wealth planning, private banking, insurance/brokerage, trust services, or a related field, with a focus on UHNWI/HNW clients, ideally including the MENA and/or NRI markets
- A university degree in a legal or finance-related field; additional qualifications in the relevant field (e.g., TEP, LLM, L.L.M. in Taxation, etc.) are also preferred
- A proven track record in managing wealth planning transactions, ideally at an insurance company, brokerage firm, private bank, trust company, law firm, or accounting firm
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of:
- Insurance Solutions and Premium Financing for (U)HNW Clients
- Use of wealth management tools such as trusts, foundations, family offices, and companies
- Coordinating, understanding, and addressing the comprehensive needs of private clients, such as relocation services and legal advice for the MENA and NRI regions

- Strong communication skills; ability to communicate with and advise successful high-net-worth individuals and to present to private clients and private banks both in person and digitally
