(Senior) Windows Server Engineer (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a (Senior) Windows Server Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the Windows Server infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex incidents and developing robust platform solutions.
Tasks
The position of (Senior) Windows Server Engineer involves the following responsibilities:- Support and management of Windows servers (Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025) and related services (L2 & L3)
- Windows Server lifecycle management based on defined processes and steps
- Installation and configuration of basic services and software as needed
- Supporting documentation and training by developing clear technical documentation and contributing to team training initiatives
- Resolving complex incidents and conducting root cause analyses as part of Level 3 support
- Contributing to process definition and improvement to enhance operational efficiency and service reliability
- Participation in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous support and a rapid response to critical production issues
Requirements
