Your role

The Digital Communications & Activation department at UBS Switzerland is always looking for new talent. This role is part of the Marketing and Digital Sales Center of Excellence, which is responsible for all marketing and digital sales activities at UBS Switzerland. The Digital Communications & Activation department is responsible for all content marketing, social media, and digital search activities at UBS Switzerland. We are looking for an SEO/GEO Specialist who: * Will take on partial responsibility for search engine orchestration to expand our digital authority on UBS.com/ch * Will perform strategic and systematic on-site optimization of existing and new landing pages and user journeys, with a strong focus on content recommendations and user experience across various target groups, products, and services * * Be responsible for research in LLMs and search engines, including discovering and expanding keyword opportunities, clustering, identifying content gaps, and conducting ongoing competitive analysis * Derive actionable insights and recommendations from analytics data and user behavior to drive SEO in content creation, content marketing, social media, and other digital areas

Your expertise

* Master’s degree in marketing and communication or a related field * 7+ years of professional experience in SEO/GEO * Excellent knowledge of organic ranking factors * Strong focus on web analytics for decision-making * Proven experience with SEO tools * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Proficiency in German (native or C1 level) and fluent English * Knowledge of agile methodologies
