SEO/GEO Specialist

Your role

The Digital Communications & Activation department at UBS Switzerland is always looking for new talent. This role is part of the Marketing and Digital Sales Center of Excellence, which is responsible for all marketing and digital sales activities at UBS Switzerland. The Digital Communications & Activation department is responsible for all content marketing, organic social media, and digital search activities at UBS Switzerland. We are looking for an SEO/GEO Specialist who:

• Assumes partial responsibility for search engine optimization to expand the digital authority of UBS.com/ch
• Conducts strategic and systematic on-site optimization of existing and new landing pages and user journeys, with a strong focus on content recommendations and user experience across various target groups, products, and services
• Take responsibility for research in large language models (LLMs) and search engines, including identifying and expanding keyword opportunities, clustering, identifying content gaps, and conducting ongoing competitive analysis

You will be part of the SEO/GEO and Optimization Team, which focuses on behavioral analysis, UX, and other areas.

Your expertise

• Master's degree in Marketing and Communication
• 7+ years of professional experience in SEO
• Excellent knowledge of organic ranking factors
• Strong focus on web analytics for data-driven decisions
• Proven experience with SEO tools
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Fluent German (native language)
• Knowledge of agile working methods
