Service Hub/E-Banking Service-Line Specialist
The job applicant is sought as an E-Banking Support Service Line Specialist at Vontobel in Zurich to support clients in the use of e-banking services and handle their requests. The position involves resolving client issues, working with the IT team and continuously improving client support.

Tasks
- Guide customers through the e-banking enrollment process to ensure a smooth and efficient setup.
- Answer specific customer questions about e-banking functions, such as password resets, transaction requests and account access issues.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and provide step-by-step solutions.
- Work closely with the IT department to identify and report system errors and technical issues that impact the customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices for customer support.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer support experience and suggest process improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to e-banking.
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship with 2-3 years of relevant support experience, preferably in customer-facing roles (e.g. e-banking support or as a traditional front office assistant).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with clients to consistently meet Vontobel's Client Experience Standards.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable and proactive with a hands-on approach; a collaborative team player with a strong commitment to continuous learning and development.
- The position requires your presence at our Zurich offices where you will work closely with team members and contribute to a dynamic, hands-on working environment.
- Fluent in German (C2) and English with excellent communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
