Service Manager for SaaS & Managed Services (f/m) 80-100%
BKB is looking for a Service Manager for SaaS and Managed Services who will be responsible for end-to-end responsibility for defined services and has experience in the area of digital workplace, in particular Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Service Manager in the SaaS or Managed Services environment and have in-depth knowledge of service operations and provider management.

- End-to-end responsibility for defined SaaS and managed services—from the initial idea to stable operation - Product owner for the service and product portfolio and responsibility for content, priorities, and timelines - Maintenance and prioritization of roadmap and backlog, taking into account customer benefits, cost-effectiveness, and operational stability - Conviction to think and act in a business- and customer-centric manner, in close cooperation with the project manager, to ensure correct features, improvements, and service enhancements - Close coordination with architecture, security, internal teams, and external providers, responsibility for clean interfaces - Control of service quality, KPIs, and measures for continuous improvement - Active optimization of costs and processes with a focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiencyRequirements
- Several years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or service manager in the SaaS or managed services environment
- In-depth knowledge of the digital workplace, especially Microsoft 365, telephony (including Webex), and identity and access management
- Good understanding of service operations, SLAs, service lifecycle, and operational processes
- Experience in provider and contract management and technical management of external partners
- Technical understanding and experience in the engineering field are advantageous
- Structured, analytical, and decision-oriented approach to work, ability to maintain an overview even when dealing with complex issues
- Clear, targeted, and confident communication—even when interests differ
- Experience with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban), confident interaction with stakeholders
