Service Manager for SaaS & Managed Services (m/f)
The Service Manager for SaaS & Managed Services is responsible for end-to-end responsibility for defined services and assumes the role of Product Owner for the service and product portfolio. The position offers a broad, responsible service and product portfolio with high visibility within the company and creative freedom in the further development of services, structures, and working methods.

• End-to-end responsibility for defined SaaS and managed services—from concept to stable operation • Product Owner for the service and product portfolio, with responsibility for content, priorities, and vision • Maintaining and prioritizing the roadmap and backlog while taking into account customer requirements, cost-effectiveness, and operational stability • Translating business and customer requirements, in close collaboration with the project manager, into concrete features, improvements, and servicesRequirements
- Several years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or service manager in the SaaS or managed services environment
- In-depth knowledge of the digital workplace, particularly Microsoft 365, telephony (including Webex), and identity and access management
- Good understanding of service operations, SLAs, service lifecycle, and operational processes
- Experience in provider and contract management and technical management of external partners
- Technical understanding and experience in the engineering field are advantageous
- A structured, analytical, and decision-oriented approach to work; the ability to maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex issues
- Audience-centered communication and confident communication—even when interests differ
- Experience with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban), confident interaction with stakeholders
