Tasks

• Demonstration of relevant values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards such as honesty and integrity, diligence and conscientiousness, fair business practices (fair treatment of customers), conflict management, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Evaluation of authorization models for applications to be included and corresponding use of connectors that are suitable for the risk level
• Execution of processes in accordance with the security concept of the application concerned
• Compliance with the change management process
• Maintenance of the catalog and enforcement of standards based on communicated requirements
• Portal development and customization
• Configuration and support of case management (CSM)

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
• Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills in multicultural environments
• Ability to interact and communicate with different teams and hierarchical levels
• Motivation for self-learning and information gathering
• Attention to detail and precise working methods
• Ability to analyze problems and find solutions to complex problems and challenges
• At least 3-5 years of experience in identity access management or a related field, with a strong focus on migration projects and application onboarding
• Deep understanding of access management principles, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and attribute-based access control
• Strong understanding of different authorization models
• Knowledge of common frameworks in the IAM environment
